Systems Review Board
Each warehouse design project is reviewed by a quorum of senior experts at Raymond Handling Solutions, Inc. who thoroughly check the premises, the solution and the proposed implementation. Your Account Manager is required to make a presentation to the senior group to detail the viability of the project, and to verify that the premises upon which the project is based correspond to the solution being presented.
On every review board, a minimum of 3 managers, 2 senior sales reps and the systems engineering department convene to discuss every large project. The purpose of this process is to expose the project to the collective wisdom of senior members of the materials handling industry.
