Heavy-Duty Cantilever Racks
Ideal for storing heavy lumber, bar stock, tubing or other long, bulky materials. Bolted steel construction assures dependable service. Patented internal stiffeners provide additional support on double and single tapered columns. 8' column constructed of 10-gauge steel. 10' and 12' columns made of 10-gauge high-strength steel. 15' columns use 7-gauge steel. Stores up to 6,000 lbs. per pair of arms. Arms adjust on 3" increments. Available in 8', 10', 12' and 15' heights. May be assembled as single rack or as a continuous unit of two or more racks on 3' to 6' column centers. Can be loaded or unloaded by hand or fork truck. IN STOCK.
Stacking U-Racks

One of the strongest and most flexible racking systems on the market today. Innovative beam features a patented stud and keyhole that increase rigidity and reduce stress at the connection. Choose either U-punch or teardrop keyhole beam connection. Upright frames feature a combination of narrow keyholes (punched every 2") and offset rectangular holes allowing beam to seat automatically into column, locking securely in place. High-strength steel columns have 55,000 psi min. yield strength. All-welded constuction. Welds are made to AWS standards to ensure strength and long product life. Ideal for jobs that are too big and bulky for standard shelving but too small for pallet racks. All-in-one steel shelving unit and heavy-duty pallet storage let you easily hand-load bulky items. Connect add-ons to basic units to expand shelving as your needs grow. With just two basic components, upright frames and stepped beams, these units assemble quickly. 1-3/4" x 1-13/16" 16-ga. uprights are punched on 1-1/2" centers for maximum shelf adjustability. 16-ga. stepped beams increase strength. Each 12-ga. beam connector has three tab hooks. Available without decking or with steel decking. Ships knocked down. IN STOCK.

Beams and upright frames let you create various sized ‘bays’. Unique beams assure positive beam to post alignment and uniform load distribution. Upright M-recessed frames are made from two vertical posts joined with cleanly welded horizontal and diagonal braces. End posts have support holes punched the entire length for 3" adjustability. This system makes storing and locating files and records quick and easy. Records can be retrieved from both sides. This storage system assembles quickly with no special tools.
