Raymond Handling Solutions Offers Four Levels of Service
Scheduled Maintenance (SM): Scheduled Maintenance is a maintenance performed monthly, bi-monthly, quarterly or bi-annually. These maintenances are invoiced at a set price as maintenances are completed. SM includes inspection, lubrication and minor adjustments. Repairs are performed at on a "time and materials" basis.
Resident Technician (RT): The Resident Technician program provides our customers a fixed labor rate based on a full time technician on site. Customers are invoiced on either a monthly or bi-monthly basis at a contracted rate. Occasionally a "part time" resident technician may be provided. All parts are invoiced as used.
Comprehensive Fixed Price Maintenance (CFPM): CFPM is a maintenance program which includes scheduled maintenance and "time and materials" repairs. CFPM does not include damage or wheels/tires. CFPM is invoiced at a set rate per month. CFPM is usually for 1, 3 or 5 year terms. CFPM rates are based on a set limit of deadman hours per year. An hourly overtime charge comes into affect if the annual hours are exceeded. Repairs for damage and wheels and tires are invoiced on a "time and materials" basis.
Full Mainteance (FM): FM includes all the items as CFPM but also includes wheels and tires.
Controlled Maintenance (CM): CM includes all the items as FM but also includes damage (excluding "Catastrophic Damage")
